Verizon Phone Question?

Question

I have A Samsung Alias that I got from verizon and I have a memory card for it and I know how to get it into my computer but I wanna know how I can put music onto the memory card and play it on my phone. The files are itunes files and dont know much about it. I tried copying the music file into the music file on my memory card but cant get it to work plz help
