Verizon Ringtone not working?

ok so i got ringtones on my inbox and so i open and save them in the "sounds". i search in sounds and its not there i saved 5 but 2 showed up. i tried deleteing them both and save one but it still didnt show up. i went to memory and they were there but i cannot use it. what is the problem?

if you want mp3 ringtones, download the right ringtone size/kb that is supported by your phone. most phones accepted ringtones that range from 50kb - 250kb. some can have 299kb, but higher than that will save as mp3 songs and not ringtones. hope this help!
