If I pay $15 dollars a month for V CAST for my Verizon Voyager would I get mobile e-mail, full html browser, and the ability to play youtube videos any time a want without paying more than the 15?

You can point your browser to www.yahoo.com or gmail.com or wherever and check email thru the browser, the mobile email application is not included ($5 extra).

All of the major ones (hotmail, aol, gmail, yahoo, etc) have mobile sites for cell phones, your browser will automatically reroute.

Everything else you mentioned is correct.
