Verizon Wireless New Phone?

Question

I have a phone right now (MOTO Q 9c).

I got it July 17th.

The phone has insurence on it.

The other day i was charging the phone and then i turned it on and it froze on the VERIZON WIRELESS start up screen.

The only way to stop it from doing that is to take the battery out.

I was just wondering if i can bring the phone to verizon and trade it in for a different phone.

Does it do that often, or just that one time.  If the phone is defective, yes.  if it was a one time occurrence, probably not.
