For overall customer satisfaction, go with verizon.

If those were the only ones I had, I'd DEFINITELY go with AT&T.  Verizon is a CDMA carrier; once you have a phone, you're stuck with it, since it doesn't use SIM cards.  

If I could choose anyone - well, I work for T-Mobile, and I know we take better care of our customers than AT&T, because that's our focus.  If our agents don't take care of their callers, they don't last long, period.

they are pretty even, I chose AT&T because they have rollover minutes, which is great if you pay the bill, or care about the person who pays the bill!!!!!
