Verizon Wireless Service Available in Canada?

Question

I live in Canada, and would like to purchase a Verizon Wireless phone (cell). I have not been able to find a Canadian website for Verizon Wireless, or find Verizon phones at Zellers, Walmart, or business depot.

Does Verizon Wireless offer service in Canada? If so is there a Canadian website I can order a phone off of, or stores in Canada I should check.?

Verizon is not a Canadian mobile service provider - you won't find them anywhere up here.
