Verizon blackberry?

So, I just got a blackberry from verizon. I put the software on my computer, but when i go to the roxio application, it tells me my phone isnt ready and to put it into mass storage mode. How do you put the blackberry into mass storage mode?

Go to OPTIONS, then select MEDIA CARD... the third option from the top will be "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected:".. just change that to "yes".  Have fun! :-)
