Verizon broadband? HELP!?

We're looking into the verizon broadband. Does anybody know anything about this?

Is it fast?

Is it dependable?

Is it worth the cost?

Does it require a doctorate to run the thing? (I'm computer illiterate.)

I've had it ever since it was offered in my area and it is great.  I pay $19.95 per month.  You plug it in and set up your user name so the modem recognizes your computer and that is it.

I have had a few issues with modems, but the customer service is free and once you finally get them on the phone, quite well able to help.

My next door neighbor has Cablevision and her service isn't anywhere as reliable as mine and costs more.

Verizon broadband IS  everything it say. I is dependable. Its super duper luper kuper muper super fast. AND\YEAH ITS WORTH TH COST
