how do you get a ring back tone off? i dont knoe how to get it off. anybody knoe how two?

You go to where you purchased the ringbacks on your phone, and go to Manage, then go to Manage Ringbacks, then go to My Settings, then My Default Ringback, and then find the Standard Ringing Tone ringback and then you should be back to normal.  I think that the name of where you buy the ringbacks & tones on your phone are VZW Tones Deluxe but I don't know what kind of phone you have.  Try these steps

Music and tones

Get new Ringtones

VZW Tones deluxe

go to manage

Manage ringbacks

My default ringback

and you can set it to a normal ringtone but if you just want it completely gone call *611 and tell them you want to stop having it and they will disable it right then and there!

Go to your phone settings it should have sort of a big chunky s***w underneath it says phone settings/settings&tools. Well go there and to sound settings and go to  call ringtone/ringback which ever 1. Also if that doesn't work just call verizon.
