there's myxer.com. it's totally free. I've used it before.

I don't think there is really a site that lets you have free ringtones and games. Well there probably is they just aren't real and they want your money. Sometimes on your phone if you have games they will let you buy the full version. There is a link and ringtones are normally 3.50.
