Verizon land-line service?

There is an individual harrassing me, and I'm about to change my cell number but I was wondering if anyone who has Verizon Home Service knew what the individual code is to block a single phone number? And yes, I have already added the call block service to my line! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

I have Verizon, and am not aware of any 'call block' service.? I do have Caller ID, which comes with 'Anonymous Call Rejection'..which blocks numbers calling with no ID.. I use the Call Manager to block individual numbers that I do not want to bother me. (available from http://www.privacycorps.com)
