Verizon out of network texting? Do received texts count?

I have unlimited text messages to verizon, and 1500 texts out of network. Do the received messages count towards that 1500? I received over 1500, but i've only sent 700. Will i get charged?

is the 1500 added , sent and received?

Unfortunately, they do.

Any text, in or out, will count against your out of network allowance if it's not to another verizon phone.

I believe that it is $.10 for each text message.
