Verizon???

Question

How many of you think they overcharge you??? I always get my bill expecting it to be $150 on which it should be, it always comes to be around $180 i dont even go over my minutes, or even my text messages!!!

If you do some research on-line you will see that Verizon is very bad in pricing, customer service and in overcharging the customer....

I have never had Verizon but I have had the same problem with Sprint. Be sure to look over your bill and call them if there are some charges on your bill your unsure about. I always keep all my bills so I can compare them each month. I'm just amazed at some of the stupid c**p I have been charged for. One month I got charged for 3 text messages that Sprint sent me.

A problem ran into everywhere, all companies do that bull c**p, they always seem to come up with one little fee they forget to mention supposively, the best thing to do is probably call customer service and see if you can work this out, I have had to several times

check you messages from your home phone the #1 is not in you "in calling plan"

if you call from another # it dose not cost you $. the cost of ring tones also adds to the bill. but i get service in more places than i did with other carriers. good luck

I found out a couple months ago that they started charging just for browsing through ring tones, games, etc. (in "Get it Now"). Even if you don't buy anything. That was why mine went up.

But whatever it may be, don't just switch to a different service. Call them and ask them about it. Verizon really is better than most others. They seem to s***w you over a little less than any of the others I've had, like Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Yes I have had them all in the past, and yes they were kinda crappy in comparison.
