Verizon ringtone question?

i have a samsung verizon phone, i dont know the exact name, but it isnt anything special. i was just wondering where the best (and cheapest) place to buy ringtones was, BUT without connecting to the pc or internet.

because when i select "get tunes and tones" it says "V-cast music", or "get new ringtones", and once i select "get new ringtones" it says "get new app.", and then once i select that, i get a bunch of ringtone store options.

they have really good  instructions

about how to get your ringtones..

or just follow the directions to get them for verizon users..

its really easy , i use it and works..
