Verizon text message cost?

Hiii, i have a verizon phone and im wondering how much it costs for each text i send and recieve. i think its 10c but im just making sure.. anndd if someone texts me from a cingular phone, is that extra i have to pay to send and receive those cingular texts? THANKS SO MUCH

The rate is 20c for text sent or recieved and 25c per picture message sent/recieved. If you do enough to equal more that $5 per month (25+ messages), think about adding a text package to your phone... for $5 a month it adds 250 texts sent/recieved, $10 gives you 500 messages and unlimited messages to anyone on Verizon... i dont know but VERIZON SUCKSSSSSS get cingular. i have it. and its so much better. lol my gf has verizon. and her phone sucks she always hangs up on me cuz she gets dropped calls. so i suggest u get cingular. i also suggest u get free texting so you dont owe a million bucks at the end of the month. and hey ur so s**y!!

i have verizon and its 25 cents a message(without tax) and if you have a text plan with verizon theres something called IN and thats verizon to verizon which is free but if u txt to cingular its like i said 25 cents a message (without tax)
