Is it free texting to anyone verizon to verizon no matter what plan or time.

you have to have the verizon texting plan that includes unlimited verizon texting.  i think the minimum plan is $10 which includes 500 text to send and receive to other networks and unlimited from verizon to verizon

mine, i get 250 messages for $5, and they all count no matter who the recipient is.

For $10 you get 500 plus unlimited to verizon customers

That depends upon your plan inclusions. I do not pay for texting. I text less than 30 per month so I pay per text. I believe you can start at five dollars per month to add a texting package on to your existing plan. They are great and will handle the upgrade immediatly. Dial *611 from your phone and they'll take care of it. I pay ten cents per text because I don't have it included in my plan coverages. I would give Verizon a call and see what plan you have and what they can do for you. Good luck!
