Verizon voyager wont make sound?

i just got a new replacement voyager yesterday and ive had it on vibrate since the alret sounds play like (beep bepp.. or whatver) but the actuall ringtones wont make any noise... help?

Try restoring the phone back to factory setting or do a master reset and that should solve the problem otherwise take it back to Verizon and let them look into the issue!
