I'd pick Vernon Forrest to win by decision. Persoally, I don't see how Mora of all people earned a shot at Forrest. Forrest is in an entirely different tier than Mora.

Vernon Forrest definately wins this fight.  Sergio Mora has looked like c**p in his last 2 fights and I actually thought that he lost the fight to Elvin Ayala, but the judges were there to save him and give him an undeserved draw- they don't call him "The Latin Fake" for nothing....  If he can't beat someone like Ayala, then I seriously do not think that he can beat a truly world class fighter like Vernon Forrest even if he is 37 years old.  Forrest is a very accomplished fighter who is in another league than Mora as far as I'm concerned.  Plus, you have the fact that Mora has been fighting at 160 for the past few years of his career, but this fight will be at 154 for Forrest's title, which is a whole different territory than fighting bums at 160 like he's been doing for a long time.  Vernon has been fighting at 154 for a while now, and most sources including myself rate him as the number 1 junior middleweight in the world right now.  Mora has not done anything at junior middleweight and frankly is only getting this title shot because of his name from the reality show "The Contender."  Forrest should win this one by a one-sided unanimous decision.

Without a doubt, Vernon Forrest. He's very experienced, he beat Sugar Shane Mosley Twice, he's 6 feet tall, has an excellent height and reach advantage, is a much better boxer, and is the best junior middleweight in the world right now.Sergio Mora doesn't even really deserve to fight him if you ask me, but hey, the junior middleweight division isn't exactly brimming with talent like the welterweight division is it?
