Vertex conjunct Vertex in synastry...What does it indicate?

Also, how close do you think they have to be in order for one to consider it a conjunction?

  1. Very tight orbs... one degree or less.

    The conjunct would be significant.  Particularly because of shared experiences due to transits.  I'd look at other aspects in the charts to the vertex.  Also, are the vertexes in the same house in both charts?  Vertex in 5th is very different from vertex in 7th.


  2. I would say that it indicates that the two people involved were fated to meet each other. Would say that the conjunction would have to be pretty tight, as we're talking about two imaginary points on the chart here and not actual objects.
