Vertical hold on tv

Question

Can you adjust the vertical hold with the remote? There is no vertical hold k**b on the TV. The picture goes back and forth from fine to rolling up and down rapidly. Thanks so much! It's a Mitsubishi CS-27EX1 from 1993.
