When you do crunches to improve your vertical jump, are your heels supposed to touch the ground or are they supposed to be off the ground?

  1. ur entire foot has to be the ground that streches ur legs muscels and stomachs there for u get better movement.


  2. crunches? Crunches are for abs... Do you mean squats? If so you want your heels flat on the ground, but keep your weight on the balls of your feet. Hope that helps.

  3. Yes, your heels are supposed to be on the ground!  It helps to isolate your abs and make them even stronger!
