how high will i be able to jump with a month's training? without weights

  1. A lot more info is required to predict your gains. If your training matches your ability well, you could get 4-6 inches. But if it doesn't, you may not gain anything. If you're not using weights, I hope you already have good strength built up. If you can't squat your body weight, don't get your hopes up for other training. Preferably get your squat up to 1.5 or 2 times your body weight. Without weights, work on 1 legged squats. Use a pole or doorway or something to hold onto until you get stronger.

    do plyometrics

  4. Just jump about 30 times fast and high in the air. then with your right leg then your left leg
