really need to increase my vertical leap what are some workouts i can do every other day to get my verticla way up .and how much of them should i do? some pople tell me do pylometrics but wtf is that and how do i do it.basically im asking for someone to tell me what to do and how many times to do it to increase my vertical.

  1. just work out your calfs. thats where the real jumping power is.

    or you could try jumpsoles. i only did them for 3 weeks and gained 3 inches on my vert.
