  1. listen to what flowergirl said. i also have used air alert and it is amazing. Its a 15 week program but i am only on my 5th week and i have already gained 4 inches in my vertical jump.

  2. What I do is a workout program called "Air Alert" and there might be a website for it but I'm not sure. But they give you different workouts you can use. You do it for 3 days a week and about 15-20 minutes a day for the first three weeks. So far, I have increased my vertical jump by 10 inches using Air Alert! You should look into it.

For now, after I come home from volleyball practice, I jump rope 100 times and increase by 10 jumps every week.  It also helps to stand on a step in your house or somewhere and put stand so that about 3/4 of your heel is off the step. Do 15 calf raises on each leg tucking the leg your not using behind the other one.  Make sure you are a hard worker.  Slacking Never pays off.

    I hope these help you!

    Good Luck!

  3. pick a sopt kinda high on the wall and just jump up and down toching the spot everytime. the more you jump the higher you will get at it

  4. You need to make your calves stronger. what i do is this drill where i jump as fast as i can for 30 seconds and then i sprint to the other side of the room and jump kind of high but not as high as i can for 30 seconds then i sprint to the other side of the room and jump as high as i can for 30 seconds and then i do it again. i do that 5 times a day and it's improved my vertical a ton!!
