Is it normal to feeling too much pain in period days? My wife is 22 yrs old. She allways ( every period time) have a lot of pain. She cant walk either work because it. She sometimes screams and cry. Also she gets really neorvous.

Before that I was living with my sister, and I could never understand that she is in period. Because her days were same in all mount. ( No pain, No stress)

Should I have to take my wife to a doctor, or is it normal?

  1. Some women get little or no pain with their period, others suffer moderate to severe cramping. It sounds as though your wife is having very severe symptoms, so it would probably be a good idea for her see a doctor to make sure that there is nothing abnormal that is causing her so much pain. Otherwise, there are pain killers available that are designed for period pain. Heat packs and drinking lots of water may help with the pain. I wish you and your wife all the best.

  2. Take her to the doctor. Period pain can rage from mild to severe. I had terrible pains in my teen years. I still get a few hours of intense pain. I'm on birth control to stop it. The doctor will probably recommend she goes on it too.

She could have something more serious like endometriosis, which requires surgery to fix. But for now take her to the doctor.

Ways to relieve period pain: painkillers (advil, paracetamol, panadol, etc), drink water, elevate the legs, try to not stress/ relax body, warm bath, bananas, green tea, mild exercise, watch a comedy, stay in a cool area. Also try Crampeze or Ponstan (ask your chemist for them).

    I hope I helped
