Very bad... how to fix it?

Okay...

well i have very extremely bad sleeping habits. I mean I stay up for about 20 hours then go to sleep for a 9 or 10 hours.... but the problem is i stay up during the night instead of the day...... and sleep during the day...I am just 13 and it getting worst... I try to get up in the day so that I can be outside with my friends but i just cant.

I have the same problem, except im a bit older. honestly, even ive figured it out myself that i just have to get into a habit of sleeping earlier on my own, no one else can make me. same thing goes for u. and if ur like me, u stay up at night doing nonsense like watching tv, being on computer, or chatting with friends, then u cnt get up in the morning cuz ur selfish when it comes to sleep. ya, me too. u just gotta start sleeping earlier, mayb one hour each day. just do it, lay down, close ur eyes, just try to sleep. even if u dnt fall asleep right away atleast ur body will get used to getting in bed earlier.

    i kno how it is tho - when time comes that u kno u should be in bed, u tell urself..."oh, its only 12:00, i still have lots of time" then before u even realize it its already 3:00. just keep on trying unltil u get it right, and u will...so good luck,, i hope u can fix this before skool starts.  


  2. What do you do at night? Chances are, it's the activity that's keeping you up.

    Manage the activity and you'll manage your sleeping patterns.

  3. Try to bring bedtime earlier by 20 minutes each night. Go for hot milky drinks, read a book, listen to peaceful music etc to help you settle down easier.

    You need to readjust your bodyclock, that's all. Hope this helps.

  4. Tell ur mom to take u to the doctor, she should have anyways cuz she should be concerned if you are acting that way

  5. kid, try to find your neighborhood drug dealer and ask for a gram. if it helps ask him to roll it for you so it'll be easier to smoke.  

  6. Sleep at night then, it's gonna be hard but you'll have to get your schedule fixed
