Very casual interview?

i have an interview for a bridal consultant position tomorrow at 11:15. The manager and i have been talking and its been very casual. She said to dress very casual since its the weekend and she will propbably be very relaxed in her dress....are jeans ok or should i go with khakis

I would dress in what I've heard referred to lately as the "relaxed" business casual. Khakis with a nice shirt would be fine. I would not wear jeans.

While this could always be a test by the interviewer to see if you will follow instructions, it is more than likely just her being polite. Dressing up a notch shows her you are interested and willing to go an extra step.

Well, if she's wearing a dress, you should probably be okay w/ jeans...:)

Definitely not jeans. Khakis, shirt with a collar, NOT flip-flops. ;)

-) Actually it really depend on the personality u have and for the bridal shop u should be show ur casual friendly look and the dressing passion sense to the boss as the basic requirement for the it..

Little formal is necessary--- But the performance and the passion is the key point.

Go with khakis for now just so you can see what she thinks is casual by what shes wearing.
