Very confused please help.. think am pregnant?

very confused... been off the pill for three months just about now maybe more, had a withdrawel bleed about two weeks after coming off the pill, then a period either on the 23rd or 30th of july not quite sure which week just no it was a wednesday. so therefore i am due a period either two weeks ago or a few days ago which ever i am late. i dont feel like am going to come on my period, having quite a lot of discharge which is white and stringy ( sorry ). i have been having unprotected s*x throughout the months. am have done four pregnancy test over the course of the month which have all been negative. do you think am pregnant or do you think it could be the my body ajusting to the pill. should i go to the doctor. never herd of this blood testing before so not 100% sure what to do would be greatful if you could help thank x

  1. my body took nearly 6mths to get back to normal after going off the pill. In that 6mths i had super heavy periods, then missed periods, light spotting - the lot. it was a very confusing time.

    hormones can take a while to sort themselves out.

    in the mean time, get those condoms handy.


  2. If you have gone off the pill your period is irregular for several months. Its also a whole lot easier to get preganant. I couldnt say if you are or arent because it could just be your period is still messed up but if your unsire it might be good to see a doctor and have a test done. They will probably do a pee test, but can also do a blood test. The blood test can find pregnancy earlier, it looks for a specific hormone that has to do with early pregnancy but if you dont hav einsurance you might want to find a free clinic. I got pregnant about 4 months after I went off the pill ... my period was supposed to come later than I guess it actually started and it stuck.
