  1. stop straightening it!

get a shampoo for dry/damaged hair!

    get a leave in conditioner!

go to ur hairdressers and ask for a treatment to make it more healthy, they should know what to do.

search on the internet for and hair masks you can make at home, they work a treat!

  2. i straighten my hair daily so i know what you mean.

i use the sunsilk "for dry/damaged hair" and it works WONDERS. I use Aussie extra moisturizing conditioner and a leave in conditioner/detangler by john frieda and they work like magic. my hair is actually naturally straighter now too.

  3. Get a hair wax.

  4. First, have your hair trimmed, because no product is going to work if your ends are damaged. Second, try using sunsilk therma shine shampoo and conditioner( Really good product for damaged hair because it has glycerin in it) plus the leave in conditioner (the purple buttles)  after whashing it. Try to let your hair air dry instead of using  a hair drier to reduce heat damage, and if you can, go a few days without straightening you hair (put it up or something) instead of doing it every day. Also, instead of washing your hair every day, do it every other, or skip a couple of days if you can. And last but not least Try Fekkai Glossing Cream with pure olive oil. Use this product on dry hair for lots of shine that will make a big difference on your hair. The product is  about $ 20.00 but you can also buy the small tube for about $8.00 at Sephora, Ulta, and maybe at Victoria's Secret.Believe me, the small tube will last you a while because you only need a little bit of it at the time. Hope you find this info helpful and godd luck to you.

  5. Beeswax, Oh my god, Beewax.

As a conditioner and protector, nothing beats it. Ever. However, it DOES have the site effect of probably turning long hair into dreadies for a few days. But even after a few days of this stuff in your hair, it will be healthy again. You can buy refined beeswax from farmers markets and such usually. I got mine from the Victorian Market in Melbourne. Works a treat.

    Axe

  6. Hey well The Dove shampoo and conditioner

Intense damage therapy one with repairing serum works very well! Like amazingly good for dry brittle hai,r in one use it works great!

you could do a hair mask that will give you some moisture, homeade or store bought...but the dove works great and also before straightening you could use a heat protecting spray to keep it from frying haha...good luck!

  7. Your hair is dry because you are frying the little moisture left inside the shaft and not replenishing it. Are you deep conditioning your hair at all? Are you adding any heat protectants to your heat before you straighten it?

    1. Step away from the flat iron. Is it possible to not use direct heat for a while? You will only damage your hair further.

    2. Remember to put moisture back into your hair. Try any deep moisturizing conditioner that doesn't have mineral oil, or petrolatum in it. Neutrogena Triple Moisture line is great for you. It is very popular on my forum. Try the Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask ASAP.

    3. If you must flat iron it, then try Sabino Moisture Block (expensive

but seals hair to keep heat from frying the water inside your hair shaft and fights humidity- received rave reviews by ladies on my forum.) OR try CHI Silk Infusion which is less expensive and you can get it at Sally's.

  8. okay im SOOO glad i read this, i here to help!  ok first off i KNOW we all want our super frizzy/curly /coarse supper skinny & straight BUT laying OFF the iron a lil will help, and since you ARE using an iron are u using a heat protection mist spary AND a cerramic iron which causes WAY less damamge to ur hair? secondly paul michell has a line called super skinny- shampoo conditioner, serum & balm, WORKS WONDERS! if your hair is really bad your going to HAVE to invest a lilttle money, but if u think about it how much $ do u waste on junk u try that DOESNT work???  NEXt the best stuff for REALLY repairing is Joico reconstructor, and for super SOFTNESS & moisturizing (which u need for overprocessed damamged hair is REDKEN smooth down butter treat<----is the BEST!  also Nexxuss humetress & Nexxuz Emeregecy treatment, and Fekkai hydrating line! (the glossing cream is AWESOME! also herbal essence pin straight mousse works when i slick my hair into a ponytail, u can also wrap an ace bandage around ur hair of just serveral srcunchies all the way to then end. since ur tryin inexpensive go to the websites & ask for samples OR try travel sizes on ebay!!!!  hope this helps, i used to do hair & have have like urs so i know what works & what doesnt, good luck!
