  1. having bloody discharge for that long is never normal. go to the doctor for a check up to see what is going on it might be something that happened when you gave birth, like you got ripped or cut somewhere inside and it keeps opening and making it bleed. im not sure bur i am sure your doctor will be able to find out

  2. I would call my doctor, just to make sure, everyone's body is different. I had that happen and they told me to go the ER, I am stubborn and I waited then it went away that night. I would say never to take a chance, if you feel that unconfortable about it, call the doctor.

  3. i bled for 3 weeks, stopped bleeding then started again 6weeks after id givin birth, it turns out it was just my period starting a again so it could just be that hun x

  4. o my god i just threw up everywhere!!...

  5. normal. u went to your 6 week check up yet?

  6. that is so gross

  7. Some people crack me up with their "gross" comments!!! LOL

Honestly i want to say it's normal and  this may sound gross but it's probably "left overs" from giving birth. Your body is probably trying to have a period and what's left over from birth is coming out instead of a normal cycle, i had the same issue to where i actually bled for 6 weeks and then 2 weeks after that i had the same thick red discharge and this happened for about 8 days and then stopped and then my periods were so heavy after that and i even skipped some and it took forever for my body to adjust. But just incase i would call your doc and explain this just to be sure they think it's normal.

  8. I've read that if the post-partum bleeding becomes dark red that you need to see your doctor... so I guess you should be going as soon as you can to see someone!

    Goodluck!

  9. I had the same thing happen to me... It turned out to be my period starting. I was breastfeeding and assumed I wouldn't get it. I had to go on the pill almost right away, to make sure I wouldn't get pregnant so soon after. I would talk to your doctor about it at your checkup. Sounds to me that your AF has just returned.

  10. you need to call your doctor cause thats not a good sign... if it was me i would go because i was told thats not a good thing when that happens after having a baby... i mean your suppose to bleed after having a baby but not like that...
