Very dry , itchy and red skin (very sensative skin) ???

I have very dry , itchy and red skin (very sensative skin) iv been apply a hydrocortisone cream to relief a skin reaction and i also use it for my eczema it works but is there anything i can put on my face it's really dry and flaky

Don't put anything on it! I know it sounds crazy because it seems like there should be a soap or something to relieve dry flaky sensitive red skin, but the real cure is just to leave everything alone! Wash your face with a clean wash cloth and warm water. And also drink lots of water, as much as you can. My skin used to always be dry red, and flaky, and it is VERY sensitive, but now that I just wash my face with warm water and drink water as often as I can my skin looks BEAUTIFUL. People ask me all the time if I'm wearing make-up or what I put on my skin, and the answer is NOTHING...just water! :)

PS - If your skin is as sensitive as mine, then avoid putting your hands on your face or letting others touch it because germs can build up and cause breakouts.
