Very embarrasing and gross mature women only please!!!?

i cant believe im asking this on here but i dont want to call doctor yet if its normal here it goes while i was going number two i felt something almost coming out of my v****a almost liek it feels when you are going with a tampon in and it starts to fall out but i am not wearing a tampon right now so i looked with a mirror and flesh with ridges on it protruding a bit!!! when i relaxed it receeded a tiny bit but i could still see it now this is the first time i really looked at my downstairs area since the birth of my son because i was afraid of what it looked like lol but im pretty sure something like that wasnt there before my son is 3 months old has any of you experianced this after childbirth? im freaking out so please take this seriously and be nice sorry about the tmi oh and i am also getting some white discharge and some very mild stomach cramps

It could be a prolapsed uterus (your uterus dropping down).  Call your doc so you can get it taken care of.  It's okay, nothing to be embarrassed about.
