Very faint line on pregnancy test, am i pregnant?

Question

I was supposed to get my period yesterday. I haven't yet (one day late now). I did a pregnancy test last night and a very faint line appear after about 2 minutes. Then I tested again this morning (first thing), but no faint line at all. Symptoms: tiredness, lower back pain, and sore breast oh! and a little constipated. Can anybody help me?

sounds like you could be pregnant, i would wait 2 or 3 days and test again  as hcg levels double every 48/72 hours

since you're still not sure with the home pregnancy tests, get a blood test.  it will tell you for sure.  no one on yahoo can.

wait a week and test again. The first test could have been an evaporation line.

2nd faint lines id say your pregnant happen to me but take another test maybe in 2 or 3 days i made sure i had 2 faint line test ..in your case you had 1 faint and one negative which seems a little confusing but try again....good luck!!!

Sounds like you are indeed pregnant!  The same thing happended to me (symptoms, test and all) and now I am three months.  I would test again tomorrow morning.  Good luck!

the best time of the day to test is the very first urine of the day. so get your test kit and wait till morning. thats when the hormones will be the strongest in your urine.

Test again next week.  PMS and early pregnancy symptoms are pretty much the same so there's no way to tell just by symptoms.

both times i was pregnant the line was faint

wait about 2 more days and retest wih morning urine

Yes you still are pregnant if you having faint test, Try take another pregnant test in few more days they will come dark! Congrats =)

For heavens sake! Get a DIGITAL test! :)

I hate those stinking tests where you're supposed to decipher the 2nd line... They'll make you crazy!
