If a pull it out of the shed without lettin it sit in the sun it takes a good 10 minutes of pulling to start it. What the deal? I think maybe the spark plug? Please help

  1. I would check the spark plug and maybe the fuel filter.

  2. Another good trick is to use the mid grade gas in your mower. It does not absorb moisture like the lower grade which will save you from having to clean the carb out. Good Luck.

  3. Yes do check the spark plug & the fuel filter. Also check the fuel in the tank for condensation in the fuel or maybe dirty fuel.

  4. yes, the spark plug is the first thing to check. you could have a brand new mower and if the spark plug is bad, you would not be able to start it. i do commercial garden maintenance and it is a very common problem. but if i can't start a machine, i change the spark plug and most of the time my problem is solved.
