This section is full of open minded, interesting, sweet people, for the most part. Should I go to New Orleans, New York, Las Vegas or Jacksonville? This will determine lot's of things in my life. Since I am unable to make up my mind, I thought may be it would be fun to hear a strangers imput. Especially, someone into the paranormal. Thank you.

  1. I'd go Vegas.  New Orleans and Jacksonville are too hot/humind.  Vegas is a dry heat.  New York has the regular 4 season climate, but when it gets hot really starts to stink.

  2. The best answer I could give you is not to leave a life desicion like this to strangers on the internet.

But seriously, New York for the win!

  3. Las Vegas.

EDIT: Hmm, now it seems we have a dilemma don't we? All four of the first four answers were totally different. So, how would you like to trust the rest of your life to total randomness? Actually, if want randomness then Los Vegas is probably your best option!

Just make sure you take road less traveled – this is one of greatest keys to success.

  4. jacksonville .

  5. New Orleans for me.That's where I'd go.

  6. That depends on what your career is.   New York is great if you are in finance or the arts.   In Vegas you could make a career in the gaming industry or in entertainment.  I don't know too much about the opportunities in New Orleans or Jacksonville.   If you are in the building industry, there would be opportunities in New Orleans, since people are still rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina.

The other factor to consider is house price.   Where are the prices low but likely to go up again  in the not too far future?

Then there are lifestyle choices, like whether you want to commute.

  7. I get the feeling that you must do a short visit to Vegas(1-3 months) like to run a quick errand or fix something unresolved, but then go to Jacksonville...thats where you really need to be long term.

  8. If you are MOVING...instead of random guesses, you'd be better off making yourself a list of all the pros and cons of each. Especially availability of career opportunities, cost of living in the area, risk of natural disasters, etc.

  9. New Orleans, it has everything you are looking for.
