i had s*x with my husband more than 4 hrs ago and this has never happend before about 15 min ago i went to pee and then came to bed and sat down , i felt this warm sensation and when i touched i had a gush of clear liquid , should i be concerned and call the dr. about this .what do you think im worried.

maybe u should go ahead and talk to ur doctor, just to be sure, because i heard u have to go pee RIGHT AFTER u have s*x.

Are you pregnant?  If so, how far along. Are you sure it isn't sperm?

Call immediatly your pregnant and if there is a gusher it could be amniotic fluid you need to see your doctor as well

28 weeks is really early.
