Insert it about 2 inches into your v****a and squeeze until it's empty, or almost empty. It really isn't wise to douche too often because it will change you v****a's ph which can cause yeast and other types of infections...

You shouldn't use one at all. Douching kills off important bacteria and makes way for some really nasty infections.

Don't douche.  If you want to feel clean, then take a shower.

~~It isn't recommended to douche anymore. You mess up the natural bacteria which keeps everything healthy and actually odor free. However, to answer you question, you expel the air from the bag then when the liquid begins to come out insert a couple of inches and slowly release the liquid. Again, you'll be much better off not doing this.~~

If you cannot keep your v****a from smelling too foul with regular soap and water, it could be a sign of a problem.  The v****a can be thought of as self cleansing
