Very important - please help?

Question

Does anyone know of a surgery starting with a 'P' concerning extracting sperm from a male due to low sperm count...??? It's common name is an abbreviated 4-letter word. (example:PETA)

This surgery is invasive as the needle goes straight through the s*****m into the testicles and captures the sperm. This is incredibly important and serious so no offensive comments please!

PSE

1) Percutaneous (meaning "across the skin") Sperm Extraction (PSE), which involves obtaining sperm by passing a needle through the scrotal skin and into the testis or epididymis (also referred to as percutaneous sperm aspiration - PESA or testicular sperm extraction - TESE, TSE)
