Question:

Very mysterious....How?

i've had anxiety but with strength i've tried to avoid it...today after getting home from downtown on the train i like panicked..i thougth the train was going to crash or i'll be stuck in there forever..and got out at the earliest stop...what happpened?

  1. You had a panic attack. Maybe you're not as strong as you think. Anxiety disorder is a serious illness, and I think it is something that needs to be treated by a professional; it is not something that can be fixed with willpower.  


  2. i think its from spending too much time indoors, your not really use to being on a train or around people.. you know you need to get out more when....

    lol.

  3. You probably had some sort of panic attack.

    It could a one time thing, or it might happen again. If it does, just keep telling your self that everything is ok, you are fine,nothing is going to happen. Take big deep breaths slowly. It might help to have some music with you to listen to while you are on the train.

    If these weird feelings continue to persist, talk with your parents, or a counselor. It really dies help to talk about it out loud.

    I have several of these panic attacks. While they are not fun, and certainly not comfortable, you won't die from them, or harm your self. good luck.
