Very slow internet with broadband?

Just last week my internet seemed to slow down on all of the computers in my house. I have broadband, my computer runs just fine. I think it might be something with Firefox. Seems like the speed at which my FTP program uploads is the same as always.

Your current download speed is: 90.00kbps

But it seems that sometimes it's uber slow, then sometimes it's relatively fast.

Any help?

Follow the following steps to increase the speed

1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc

2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch

3. Expand the Network tab

4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler

5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box

6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %
