Very specific question about a Dave Matthews Band song?

Question

On the live recording of "All Along the Watchtower" from the Live in Chicago 1998 album, does anyone know who does the deep, sinister-sounding laugh after the line "There are many here among us who feel life is but a joke" around 2:15 on the track? VERY specific question, but I'm hoping someone will know the answer, maybe if you were actually there at the concert back in '98.

It's the band itself.  They can't believe that people will actually pay money to listen to them.

The laugh is ALWAYS done by drummer Carter Beuford (sp???).

i wasn't at the concert but i have the cd...let me look into it

EDIT: ok i found it here is watchtower live at folsom field at around 3:10 or 3:15 you'll see its either Carter Beauford or LeRoi...looks more like carter but its kinda blurry hope this helps
