Question:

Very strange things occur in my dream?

My dreams are very strange. I dream very often and can remember many of them. Most of them are what I call "moving dreams". I start in one location and I follow a "plot", then a person shows up and I follow them and I go to a new location and start a different "plot" that has nothing to do with the previous.

In my recent one, something truly strange happened. My dream-self was running around an amusement park trying to find something and getting extremely frustrated. Dream-me closed his eyes and then I opened my real ones and woke up. It was almost like my dream-self was finished with dreaming. Normally I just wake up randomly, but this one was almost planned.

Is there any reason to my strong dream sense [lacking of a proper term]?

  1. You're mind was done resting and stimulated that feeling so you would wake up I guess.

  2. One opinion:  lucidity is connectivity of waking self with dreaming self, via the dream conscious-waking subconscious oneness.

  3. Your dream suggests that you are unsettled about some things in life and tend to follow others seeking something that fits or seems right to do in life.

Starting in one place and moving on, then following another person - perhaps a stranger since you do not indicate familiarity - to a different place and circumstance strongly suggests this.  In this your mind is aware and now it pulls at you to pay attention to the fact.  You need to wakingly consider the importance of inventorying your skills, interests and talents to determine a more solid direction that will bring satisfaction and appropriate fortune to you eventually.  You of course will have to work toward success in whatever things you do choose, but in not paying attention to the need to identify these things and learn to follow your own instincts that success will evade you.

The amusement park event underscores this - you cannot find satisfaction even in this place of fun and entertainment - it is just a blur of choices.  Note that no one showed up for you to follow to some definite place - you are finally left on your own, unprepared and find only frustration.

You then 'stop the picture' in the dream by closing your eyes - and wake up - message delivered: take inventory and consider the points I've given you here, they are suggested by what you have shared.

    All the best to you.
