Very strange to me?

last night I had a dream about a freind i used to have.he wasnt one of my main freinds just kinda in the same group.i havent herd about him,seen him or even thought about him for over 20 years he moved a long time ago.well last night i had a real vivid dream of him falling of a building and dying what do you dream experts make of this

you are a very different person than you were 20 years ago, and you feel that that part of you is dying or has died.  Even though you are happy with where you are now, part of you is upset about what you have left in the past.
