Very upseting dream I had two days ago and I can't forget it,what do you do think it means?

This is my dream: Its in Ancient times. Hugh fortress in the middle of the desert, the sun is beaming down and the colours are mainly yellow and a very magical and powerful ruler with his army comes out of the hugh fortress with hundreds of coffins. Inside the coffin is people still alive and screaming and trying to get out. Then the ruler order the army to drop all the coffins and the ruler said something in ancient language and raising his arms and claps his hands and all the coffins sank deep into the sand and the people in side the coffins were buried alive. Even though they were buried in the sand, you could still hear the people in the coffins screaming. I woke up very upset and disturbed and horrified.

Ok, well there are so many reasons for a dream like this, some of the more easily explainded reasons are because of movies or stories that you've watched and heard and your subconscious retains this and it mixes with the rest of the memories that are in your head like things your worried about or family members you have talked to recently...so on and so on, or if you are a religious person it could be that you are confused and worried about where you are in your life and where you will be going to in the after life (this can also apply to worrying about your family members and where they will go), other reasons could be just things in your life that you are having trouble with right now, maybe someone has been telling you what you need to do or you telling someone else what to do to help them but they just don't see what your saying, or maybe your afraid of someone judging you without listening to the reasons that you have or not being able to forgive you for something that you have done... There are so many different explinations for dreams like this, some even believe that dreams are a sort of premonition of things to come whether it's an actual event or just a metaphor, these kind of dreams can also come to mean nothing at all, just your mind running away with itself...I hope some of these have been helpful to you, if i think of anything else I will let you know.

I think that your dream represents an inner realization in yourself that you are trapped in this physical world and your spirit yearns to be free.
