For what system? If you have a PS3 then I suggest getting Grand Theft Auto 4. But if you have a Wii and are willing to wait until 2010 then you can get Madworld which is said to be the Wii's goriest game ever.

I think the Manhunt games were pretty gory. the 1st one is on, gamecube, PS2, and Xbox. The 2nd one is on the Wii
