Very weird dream? Meaning pls?

I dreamed I was in a different city. I had no shoes and no money and needed to go to the bathroom. I walked down a steep hill to get to a bathroom and every person that came out of the bathroom acted strangely. This woman had this weird look in her eyes and started cuddling me and hugging me in a sexual way. I fought her off with a broomstick. Then I walked out of the bathroom and it was very steep I had to struggle. Then there was this really cute guy who sat there and smiled at me at a cafe having a drink. I was too shy to talk to him but then changed my mind and went back there and he was not there. I saw a professional looking office. I thought I will go in there (it was a welfare office) and try and get some money. People seemed ok on the outside but once in there, they did not help me and acted very strangely. I said what a strange town. What does it all mean?
