Very weird question about fire?

say if u were trapped in a fire and u couldnt get out of the house....would it be help to go into the bathub and turn the shower on and stand under it?

possibly, but if the entire house caught fire then the water wouldn't be enough tosave you.

no, if your house is on fire you should get out of the house.

Its a good question but in practice the house would have burnt to the ground before you were found, the smoke would probably kill you before the fire would (But i like where your head was)

It's the smoke, not the fire, that usually kills.  A shower wouldn't prevent you from inhaling smoke.  

Your best bet is always to get as low as you can, and near an exit so firefighters can find you.

Even if you could keep yourself from being burnt too badly, a large fire will use up a large amount of oxygen, so you would still be in danger of asphyxiating, or suffering smoke inhalation.

i think that would help if you were rescued in time and the house didn't burn down.  the problem i can see is fumes - the fumes from the smoke of the fire are what could kill you, and the lack of oxygen.  but it would certainly be worth a try, if all other options were closed to you.
