Very worried about sick cockatiel?

I have a sick cockatiel. She is not eating and droops her head onto her wing the whole time. She is not alert as usual, and has not touched her food for two days straight. I can't reach an avian vet, and I don't want her to die. Please what can i do to help her and im sry to say i dont have any antibiotics or avian medicine. PLEASE HELP ME im really worried about her!

What will happen to her? will she die and she is losing weight too. Is it because its the summer heat? what should i do/....HELP

This bird is very very sick! You have to get to a vet NOW! Birds only act like that when they are very sick. They tend to hide their illness for along time before showing signs. It could be as simple as a shot to help her and some antibiotics but you need to get to a vet ASAP!

When a bird starts acting sick, is because is VERY sick. Keep her warm, avoid any air drafts. Blend some fruit juice w strawberries or something she likes and try to feed it a w dropper, BUT DO NOT STRESS HER OUT. If she struggles, just stop. Look for cracked paint in the cage or the walls she hangs out. Sometimes there are metals in the paint or cage that birds like to eat or chew and make them really sick. If you are sure is a female, she may be egg bound. You may feel an egg in her pelvis. If she eats nothing but seeds, she may be low on vitamin A and calcium, you may want to blend 1/4 of a centrum vitamin and offer it w the juice and the dropper if she is on an all-seed diet. She most likely needs xrays to see what's going on inside.

either way.... just call around, try to find an avian vet asap. Call your local petstore and ask them what vet do they use for their birds if you can't find one. Call ANY vet and ask them which clinic do they refer their birds to, they should have a list.

Why don't you google, Avian Vets in your area? That's what I did when I was looking for an avian vet for my sick teil. Don't waste anymore time.

SOMEHOW SOMEWAY GET HER TO ANY VET{don't worry it's not abird vet}

Birds that do not eat their fave food and sleep{head under wing} have a major problem....not knowing somethings-it could be just old age-but CALL ANY VET
