Here is my evaluation:

This is a real scam with no tradeable information.. Adding to VVs "model portfolio" and not making the information available until a week later, then claiming victory, is just back trading the market and cherry picking the good ones that went up that week, where the VV software was right..

If they had some integrity you would publish the trades at least the next day, so someone could see that at least Dr D can make money with his own advice..

Let me tell you next FRI what I bought today and I guarantee a big positive result. yuk yuk

Stop advice that can't be placed in the market is also worthless,, using the end of the day price in just not reasonable, since one can't put a order in the market to do this!

  1. I have been using VectorVest for 1 year. I follow the Ride the Wave strategy for my long term investing using high VST stocks for long positions and contra ETF's for shorts. I swing trade and scalp with tight stops in my short term account. VV has made me money consistently in both up and down markets  while I am down in my other account. I'm sure others have had better or worse results but I tend to stick to the KISS principle and have been pleased with the VectorVest performance so far. Sure they can profit by selling you their ProTrader and Simulator add ons but I think you can be just as successful following some simple strategies. I don't think Vector Vest is a scam.

  2. I have VectorVest.   I've had it almost a year. I also know others that have it.

VectorVest is not for me.  It's not designed for swing or day trading.  But it's very good for long term investing.

You are obviously not an experienced investor.  The system is a bit complicated...... but in no way is it a scam.  Once you understand investing & the tools VectorVest gives you.... you should find it very useful.

They were ahead of the curve in declaring this a bear market a few weeks ago.  In that respect alone I saved myself thousands of dollars following their advice.

  3. i thought they were legit i guess good thing i didn't accept their offer.

  4. This is for Don. I've had Vector Vest for only a few months and only used it so far to get me in and out of the market on confirmed ups or downs. It's already made me money. I've been in the market for about twenty years. I've been through the ups and downs. I've been told by my broker to buy and hold, so I did. This last big down in the market I said to myself, there's got to be a better way to do this, so I bought the Vector Vest system. I've had five different brokers and they all did the same thing, I'd make good money when the market went up only to loose it when it turned down. Then when I made back twenty percent of what I'd lost they all had the nerve to brag that they had done so good for me. I'm kicking myself for not buying the system sooner. I just wish I would have bought it before the 2002 crash when I listened to my broker and lost almost fifty percent. Nobody can say that Vector Vest is a scam if it can pay for itself in one day of being in the market, when you shouldn't be. I think these brokers should buy it to help their clients. Oh by the way, the broker I had during the 2002 crash had a nervous breakdown and had to shut down his business. Now I have more hope that I can be rich than ever, handling it myself.

I don't claim to be a seasoned investor, but I think with this system I'll do alright.
