Vests like Reita! Where would be the best places to look?

Okay, well I was planning on cosplaying as the GazettE's bassist, Reita for an upcoming con and I'm having some trouble wondering what to do. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions as to where I could buy vests that look like this? Anywhere online or within NYC for that matter.

Anything that looks like it or comes in the same form, doesn't matter. Any help would be appriciated! ^_^

Well, most cosplayers make their outfits.

You should buy a regular black vest and then decorate it accordingly.

Try vintage shops, they're bound to have some.
